To make the best use of space based upon the needs and lifestyle of a family
was my goal in creating the designs you will find in this collection. This
is a collection of over 100 Great HOME PLAN DESIGNS, ranging from 1100 Sq. Ft.
heated area, to just under 4000 Sq. Ft. Heated Area. Every style is represented,
from Contemporary to Country, Costal Cottage to French Country. Many floor
plans offer more than one exterior style. Most floor plans can be modified
to fit the style of your choice. (Fees for modifications of stock plans
are based on an hourly rate).
Well planned drawings are essential in obtaining building loans and
bids on construction projects. Every plan in my collection has been used
at least once to build a home. All plans are designed for slab-type construction
(other foundation types available at a reasonable charge) and include standard
construction details which meet FHA, VA, and Southern Building Code restrictions.
I am certified to stamp and approve plans for FHA and VA.

1930s and 1940s bungaloos in the craftsman and mission style that can be updated for today's
market. The exteriors will be retro, but the kitchens, baths, and storage areas will be modernized.
